The Parish of St Helier wishes to redevelop the site occupied by No’s 3 and 5 Conway Street in order to realise the full potential of these sites. Currently the Parish public toilets occupy No 3 Conway Street at ground and first floor levels and the Turkish Delight Café occupies No 5 Conway Street at ground and basement levels.
The Parish wishes to demolish both buildings and to provide upgraded toilet facilities including a ‘Changing Places’ disabled toilet facilities in a 3 or 4 storey new building, including commercial or residential units on the additional floors.
The Connétable and Procureurs du Bien Public are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced firms, after which a preferred scheme will be put to a Parish Assembly for approval.
