The Parish of St Helier is delighted to announce that the St Thomas' Residents Parking Zone will become operational from Wednesday 13 January 2010.

Residents and businesses wishing to obtain a permit should submit an application, together with supporting documents, as soon as possible to Customer Services at the Town Hall.

Permits may be collected from Customer Services on the Ground Floor of the Town Hall from and including Monday 11 January 2010.  The cost of a Residents Parking Permit running until the end of the Parish’s financial year on 30 April 2010 will be £60.95.  The cost of a Business Permit will be £45.71 and both sums are inclusive of G.S.T..

Replacement permits will have a valid period of 12 months from 1 May 2010 and will cost £206 for a Residents Permit and £154.50 for a Business Permit.
