The Parish Assembly recently voted to re-elect the existing Accounts Assessment Committee for another twelve month period, plus elect two new members to join it.
The Accounts Assessment Committee is a key body in Parish Affairs, charged with examining the accounts of St Helier to ensure sound judgement and good governance when it comes to spending ratepayers' money.
The re-elected members of the committee are Procureur Patrick Freeley, Procureur Clive Barton, Vingtenier Mich Couriard, The Very Reverend Bob Key, Mr Richard Le Brocq, Mr David Croxford, Mr Stewart Mourant, Mr Bernie Manning and Mr Peter Pearce. The two new members are Deputy Jackie Hilton and Mr Daren O’Toole.
