The Constable, Procureurs du Bien Public and Directors of St Helier presented the accounts for the year ended 30 April 2010 and estimates for the year ending 30 April 2011 in a meeting of the Parish Assembly on 7 July 2010.

The rate was subsequently dropped by 5.2% to 1.10 pence per quarter. After including the Island Wide Rates, parishioners can look forward to reduced Rate Demands of 2.8% for domestic land and 2.6% for non-domestic for 2010.
