Now in its sixth successful year, the Spring Specials 2012 restaurant promotion is a chance for diners to sample Jersey's finest new season menus and to taste the latest in local produce and cooking via exclusive Spring Specials menus. Spring Specials 2012 runs for a total of 43 days, giving diners a six week opportunity to dine at their favourite restaurant or try somewhere new. With many participating restaurants to choose from on and around the Island.
