Notice is hereby given in accordance with Article 67 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956, as amended, that in accordance with the Royal British Legion (Jersey Branch) certain roads will be closed or restricted in their use as set out below:-

Friday 11th November, Armistice Day
At 11am on 11th November there will be a two minute silence. During this time roads around the Cenotaph are to be closed. This is from 10.59am to 11.05am.

Sunday 13th November, Remembrance Day
The following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic from approximately 10.00 am until noon on Sunday 13 November 2011:

 The Parade (South)

York Street

Charing Cross

Seale Street

Union Street (bordering Cyril Le Marquand House)

Please ensure that no vehicles are parked on any of the above roads after 6.00 pm on Saturday 12 November 2011.  Any vehicles left after this time will be towed away.
