If you wish to dispute or appeal against a Parking Ticket issued in the Parish of St Helier, this can be done by writing to the Town Hall or filling out the sections shown below and clicking on 'Send'. Please note that this appeal procedure is only available for 'On Street' parking offences. It is not available in respect of tickets issued in Public Car Parks or Car Parks at the St Helier Harbour.
