The 2009 Parish of St Helier Draft Rate List is now available to view at the Town Hall during business hours.  Members of the Assessment Committee will be in attendance at various times to answer queries and explain assessments.

Anyone wishing to apply for a review of their assessment should download form R5, also below the contact details.

Anyone wishing to lodge an application to appeal against their assessment must apply in the first instant to the Assessment Committee for a review.  Only then is it possible to appeal against the assessment to the Parish Rate Appeal Board.  If you have already applied for your assessment to be reviewed then you can download the R6 form below to lodge an appeal.
