This committee liaises on the implementation of the installation of the Christmas Lights in St Helier
Town Centre Events
The partnership is involved in creating and supporting events in the town centre. It has been involved with Fête de St Helier, Fête de Noué, and Madeira Day and is currently planning the Festa Portugêsa for 2011.
