Pay equivalent to Civil Servant Grade 10 (£49,801 - £54,879 per annum)

This exciting new role will form part of a newly restructured St Ewold’s Management Team, this role is to positively support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to the nursing, care and support staff and deputise for the Registered Manager when required.
- The postholder will have responsibility for leading, supporting, delivering and facilitating the nursing, medical and personal care needs for all residents.
- To deliver high quality nursing and personal care to residents, and lead others to ensure high standards are achieved and maintained.
- To perform in accordance with standards agreed with the Jersey Care Commission and the Registered Manager and ensure the Home complies with legislative requirements, relevant regulations and accepted best practice.
