Pay equivalent to Civil Servant Grade 9 (£42,972 - £49,801 per annum)

This exciting new role will form part of a newly restructured St Ewold’s Management Team, this role is responsible for the overall administration, planning and performance reporting for St Ewold’s Care Home.
- To lead the development and delivery of efficient, effective and compliant services at St Ewold’s that support a positive experience to the Home’s residents.
- To introduce practices to support a commitment to quality and a culture of continuous improvement.
- To co-ordinate all finance, HR, technology and governance, requirements for the Home, and its staff and residents.
