Under the terms and provisions of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005, annual rate returns will be issued to all landowners in the Parish during January 2018 and must be completed and returned within 15 days to the Town Hall.
The information that the returns provide enables the Rates Assessment Committee to assess all land in the Parish and compile the Draft Rate List in May.
It is imperative that these important documents are duly completed and returned within the prescribed time period of 15 days. Failure to do so may result in a penalty not exceeding £500.
