Earlier this morning, a small fire broke out in a resident’s room at St Ewold’s Residential Home in St Helier. The team at St Ewold’s responded quickly, and residents were evacuated from the area and no-one was hurt. The fire and ambulance services attended and the fire has been extinguished.
All residents are safe and those affected will be moved to alternative rooms at the Home.
