Unstable wall leads to the closure of upper section of La Pouquelaye this morning (junction of Upper King's Cliff and Richmond Road)

Due to a collapsed wall inside a property at La Pouquelaye, and in conjunction with the poor weather forecast for the next few days, it has unfortunately become necessary to close the road and footpath from the junction of Upper King's Cliff to Richmond Road.

Access is available as far as Upper King's Cliff only.

There is no access to d'Auvergne School, Richmond Road, Le Clos de Debenaire and La Grande Pouclée from the lower section of Queen's Road (at The Inn) or Rouge Bouillon (from the old JCG School). Access is only available from the top of Queen's Road.

The section of road affected is shown in red on the map below; however, should you have any queries, please contact our Technical Manager, André Sty, at andre.sty@sthelier.je or 01534 811846. The planned reopening for this road is Monday 20th December.
