St Helier's Annual Rates Assembly

St Helier’s annual Rates Assembly takes place at the Town Hall at 7pm on Wednesday 7th July 2021.

The Constable of St Helier is hoping that ratepayers will approve the freezing of the Parish Rate for the 8th year in a row. The Assembly will also be presented with the Parish’s first Annual Report.

Parishioners will be provided with a full explanation of how their rates have been spent in the past year, and they will have the opportunity to debate the Budget for the coming year.

Neil Macdonald, Resources Director, said ‘Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the team at the Parish is pleased that the range of services provided to parishioners has been maintained and, in addition, important steps have been made towards achieving our climate change objectives.’

Copies of the Agenda, Accounts (Financial Statements), Annual Report and Estimates (Budget) are available from the Town Hall and also the Parish website (www.sthelier.je).
