- Pay: £67,000p.a., with opportunity for progression;
- Minimum 22 days' leave plus bank holidays, increasing to a maximum of 28;
- Flexibility in working hours; and
- Membership of the Public Sector Pension Scheme with 16% employer and 7.75% employee contribution.
