St Helier Pilgrimage

St Helier Pilgrimage

The annual procession from the Parish Church of St Helier, in the centre of the town, down to the beach, along the causeway and out to the chapel which was built over the site where St Helier lived, which is known as 'the Hermitage'.

2.30pm Procession leaves Town Church

3pm Procession reaches West Park

3.30pm Procession arrive at Elizabeth Castle

3.45pm Service begins

4pm Refreshments and entertainment

5.30pm Castle closes

Tickets for access to the Hermitage via the Castle and refreshments will be handed out on the day to those taking part in the Pilgrimage.  

Please note no dogs are allowed except guide dogs.
